A and P:  While working on your house, you step on a nail.  How would you perceive this pain and would it be localized or non-localized and why?  How might you help relieve the pain using the gate control theory?

Biology:  Humans reproduce using sexual reproduction, where egg and sperm fuse together.  What is this process called and how does it help to create diversity in the human species?

Biochemistry:  Explain the 3 ways in which the rate of a chemical reaction can be increased.

Env Chem:  Explain the relationship between human development and energy consumption.  Which type of economies will be using the most energy in the projected future?

Botany:  What might be the advantage in modifying a seed's longevity and/or dormancy period?  Explain.

Physics:  Explain how momentum, mass and velocity are related.  Which has more momentum a semi or a car?  Why?
